Star model
Manual model equipped with a new electronic board which guides the user in operating the machine.
Phases: WARMING – READY – REPLACE CORN COB.
Great versatility: it is possible to put cutlery and other small steel objects commonly used in kitchens into the machine.
The machine is suitable for small rooms, where one single operator can carry out more tasks during the cutlery drying cycle.
The machine is delivered on a stand with wheels, so that it can be placed and moved most functionally.
The production amounts to about 40 pieces of cutlery per cycle. It is recommended for activities with a capacity of up to 80 seats.

They slide inside an inspectionable spiral tank made of stainless steel, immersed in hot corn cob.
